As early as he can remember Frank felt a profound longing to understand the nature of Reality and Consciousness.  With a heart filled with questions about Truth, Beauty, and Wisdom he embarked on a quest to learn how best to live this one precious human life.  Drawn to the texts held sacred in Eastern mysticism as well as Western philosophy, Frank studied philosophy and fine art at Merrimack College.  Frank has been practicing meditation for over 15 years with various secular mindfulness and Vedic meditation groups.  

In search of a spiritual community and guidance, Frank found solace and belonging at Aryaloka in 2019. In 2023 Frank embraced his commitment to Triratna as a Mitra and soon after requested Ordination. Frank is motivated to support Aryaloka and the Sangha so that the lamp of the Dharma can glow brightly for all those seeking a deeper understanding and connection with the boundless realms of blissful consciousness. 

Frank lives on the seacoast of NH with his wife and 3 daughters.
