About the Teachers
- Paramananda is an international meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience. He is the author of four books: Change Your Mind, A Deeper Beauty, The Body, The Myth of Meditation He is known for blending poetic insight with body-based meditation.
- Paramabodhi is a longtime collaborator and teacher and will be supporting the retreat. He is formerly based in San Francisco and are currently teaching at the London Buddhist Center.
Aryaloka Buddhist Retreat Center is in beautiful New Hampshire, located on fourteen acres of woodland in Newmarket, NH. Aryaloka offers a peaceful environment for reflection and growth. Aryaloka is part of the Triratna Buddhist Community, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. Aryaloka was established in 1985 and is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary.
