Reviving the Prison Dharma Group in Concord: Volunteers Needed
Reviving the Prison Dharma Group in Concord
Susan D and Bodhipaksa are looking for people interested in joining them in restarting the Buddhist group in the men’s prison in Concord, NH.
The group flourished in the prison until the pandemic hit, putting an end to activities there. While moves had been made in the past to restart the group, the prison did not seem to be receptive. But now the time appears to be right for a resumption of activities.
At present we’re just looking for names. We don’t yet know on what day or at what times the group will meet.
If you’re interested but have questions, Bodhipaksa and Susan will be happy to address them.
If you already gave your name to Bodhipaksa at the Sangha Night presentation on prison Dharma activities, please do so again, because due to a computer accident Bodhipaksa lost the list!
For questions, or to register interest, please contact Bodhipaksa at bodhi@wildmind.org.
