Our new heating and cooling system is already making a significant difference in how comfortable it feels to be at Aryaloka, and in our energy use and costs. Now that we are in the midst of the AC season, we have achieved significant energy savings. 45% less electricity was used to cool the domes in June 2025 compared to June 2024! Thanks to our anonymous donor and to Ace Energy Services Inc for the installation and service.

The relaunch of the Vajra Bell was made possible with a generous grant from FutureDharma along with contributions from New York-New Jersey Sangha and Aryaloka, Nagaloka, Portsmouth, Seattle and San Francisco Buddhist centers. Their support is deeply appreciated and makes this and future issues possible.
The arts have been a part of Aryaloka over the years with many art shows and art’s nights held in the yoga room. The current exhibition showcases art from Aryaloka’s collection and posters from a selection of art exhibitions held at Aryaloka in the past. A second exhibition with more art from Aryaloka’s collection will be held in the fall.
On Buddha Day 2025 for Aryaloka's 40th Anniversary we dedicated five new woodland shrines on the Aryaloka grounds.
